Patio and deck canopies are often referred to as "fixed" canopies. They have a galvanized steel frame that stays up year round. The cover then gets laced onto this framework and stays up for the spring, summer, and early fall season.
Fixed canopies typically require seasonal services to put the cover on in the spring and take it off in the fall before the harsh winter weather. These services are available seasonally or annually from MacCarty and Sons.
